Just drop by a regular feed store to get one. You are not going to find many in the midst of winter but you never know!

I agree with you 100%. Easter ducklings is a sad thing in most situations. My ducks are an exception. I bought 2 ducklings 6 years ago and they have thrived. I had a large duck house built that is heated in winter. I keep it clean with straw and shavings and it was made to be swilled out with a hose when it needs it. I also had a pond build that has filters etc... I love my ducks and take good care of them. I am an exception. Last week one of my ducks passed away. The Vet isn't sure what was wrong with her but I am so sad and so is my remaining duck. I really want a new baby duck that I can hand feed and make friendly like the little one I have now. Preferably a white pekin female. Do you have any idea where I can get one? I will drive anywhere in Utah and pay more than a duck costs to get one as young as possible. None of the hatcherys will sell me just one duck. I know most of them don't start hatching until March. Please let me know if you know of a place I can get one. Thanks! Lisa
