I was struck by your interest in getting people &quot;to see the individuality of each animal they meet&quot; - I could not agree more!  It&#039;s frustrating when potential dog adopters insist on a certain breed because of a belief that &quot;all labs are laid back and great with kids&quot;, etc.  Animals aren&#039;t manufactured and yes, each one is as unique as each human.  Their personalities are amazing!</description>
